I bought my Renault Stepway through BlueLakes in July. The car had an accelerator problems, I emailed the Blue Lakes Help Desk and the problem was sorted out within a week. And now I face another problem with the car, to which I've been advised that its a safety issue. When ever I drive my car, it keeps pulling towards the left. I emailed BlueLakes, there was no response, my brother took the car to a Renault dealership where they told us it could be a wheel alignment problem. The car was taken to a garage for check up, alignment was not the problem, he went back to Renault and they told him to take the car back to where I purchased it from. This is impossible for me since I live in Durban and the car was delivered from JHB. My initial email to BlueLakes was the 25 Nov 2013, they have never responded to a series of emails I've sent then. I cant call them, since they don't have a tel number on their website. The problem has gotten worse, the steering wheel has gotten very stiff. Other problems with the car include, poor radio signal, a certain squeakiness on the passenger chair. I've booked the car in with Renault AGAIN, please help. I'm thinking of trading it in...
