Renault Menlyn BAD SERVICE buying a BRAND NEW ca

Well where to start...

My dad bough a bran new Renault Clio for me, they said the car would be ready on Thursday 9/12/2013 delivered from roslin via truck to the branch I took leave the afternoon telling my Senior that I am going to go and get my car. When I arrived there was no car, the consultant told met the following "the car is on the floor but the smash and grab (coming standard with the car) and the wheel alignment hasn't been done, she then told me the car will be ready on 9/13/2013. Then on the 9/13/2013 I arrived at Renault menlyn the told me the same thing again. She then told me that the car will be ready on Monday and that dealers doing wheel alignment don't help car dealerships on Saturdays they only help private customers, however I did explain to Renault menlyn I do need the car urgently. I am not satisfied at all, I pay a very large sum of money for bad service and everything is already threw Release letter etc. I don't even want to know how their service department is going to be if I am going to take my car for a service defiantly would not be menlyn.
