I bought the car in Feb 2013. From the time it left the dealership floor, the radio was faulty. It has been back 3 times for replacing and each time it still comes back faulty. The last time it was there was 3 weeks ago for replacing and when I left, it was stil faulty. Martin promised he drove the car and tested the radio and that it was working again. I tested it the weekend after I got the car back and it still had the same problem. On Monday 22/04, we reported to Martin that the same problem still persists. He said that 3 of the other Sanderos that the shop received had the same problem as mine. He said he was waiting for brand new radios from Renault and will phone us by 26/04, but never did. We then called 29/04 and he said he was still waiting. He said he would send an e mail to Renault and copy me, he never did. Friday 3/05 we phoned again, he said we must bring the car in this week to exchange the radio and that the car was going to be sent to a proper sound place. We called today, only bo be advised Martin left Renault. This is totaly unacceptable. The service is shocking! It'sa brand new car, so I expect a brand new radio that works & to be compensated for all my incovie
