Strugling to get my money

Good day

My father got a car from them and they gave us 2 email addreses with a password for the uplaod of photos OK then after a few months they changed our plan to another both email addreses works so there is 2 profiles with the same password and the same details inside so we struggle to get hold of them because the number on the email is not working anymore, eventually they phoned and gave us a 3rd profile and same password this is now about 7 months back we received only one payment nothing more we keep phoning and emailing and nothing now they say we had no pictures for the first 3 months yes duh it was on another profile they gave us??? and the past 3 month also nothing paid their reason is older than 3 months an 3 fold what does that mean??? there is photos of the past 3 months of the new profile

we dont know what to do anymore they have excuses for everything? i mean really I have an IT Diploma how can one client have 2 profiles and 2 usernames and one password for 1 car??? this is not our fault???!!!

i just want them to phone back and sort it out by paying what they need to for those months
