My sister and I subscribed to the Cake Decorating collection through Jacklin Enterprises on the 25th of September, we have still not received a single issue of the collection, we get very bad service when we phone to enquire. I sent numerous emails complaining and requesting to cancel and my money to be refunded as the issues have been on the shop shelves for weeks now and I have received no feedback or acknowledgment of my request to cancel whatsoever!
The service is pathetic and I want my money back, they have debited my account for 4 issues and I have not received a single one!
