Fail to provide feedback to resolve issue

The original complaint was lodged on 1 January 2013, no response. A follow up complaint, on the 17 of January, also no response. Final complaint lodged 22 January informing them it will be reported if no response is received by 25 January.

The vehicle was delivered on 27 September 2012.

The delivery agent told me I will be paid my first R1000 at the end of the following month (October 2012) as collection was done on the end of the month (September 2012). No funds where transferred.

November 2012 I did receive a payment from you, this payment does not reflect on my account history.
13 December 2012 I only received a payment for the amount of R570.00

I didnt receive my R1000.00 per month and did 2000Km per month.

SMS messages stating that there has been multiple replies, as well as 3 pre-approvals, SMS dated 2 November 2012; 14:19, prompting me to convert to the Earn While You Own programme, your portal page, shows there has been no leads of any kind whatsoever as per your various SMS. The conversion to the EWYO was not in my best interest, and currently puts additional financial strain on me, and the lack of financial documentation such as statements leaves me in the dark.
