No Delivery of Pape

Hi there

I have not received delivery on the 13th and 27th January 2013. On both occassions I called for re-delivery and yet didnt get delivery again. Could a regional manager please call me to explain why you have a service offering re-delivery of paper, and yet it never gets delivered.
