For the past 2 week-ends we have not received the Sunday times paper (and extra). We paid upfront we promised with delivery and they do deliver and then suddenly nothing.
I have called the Sunday Time dept. I was assured this will be resolved the 1st week. the following week no delivery.
Our sunday are based on the paper being delivered and this now inconvenience us due to the inconsistent service. The past sunday I was told not to buy the paper as they will deliver the paper- NOTHING DELIVERED.
Spoke to Thobela at 9am - no manager available. He did not provide managers name as he did not know details - but he did make the false promise.
Is this the level of service in SA - where we have to complain to get service - including complaining about the media service non dleivery.
Its about time we had compettion like NEw Age news paper so it it will alert consumers of the choices
