On Sunday 10/03/2013 at 08:30 I had not received my Sunday Paper.
When I called the call centre, Florence claimed that the paper should have been delivered by 7am.
If that's true it's really optimistic of you!
By 08:48 I received a call from your area manager who gives his sad story that he has to service too many areas, and that he gets the paper so late and he can't deliver the paper in all area's by 7am. I really couldn't care less about his predicament... I PAID FOR MY DELIVERY, and I assume he does not deliver for the love of charity.
To date I DID NOT get my paper.
It must be noted that the previous Sunday (and most other Sunday's for that matter) if I do receive my paper by 12:00 (after a call to the call centre), it does not include the Extra.
Can Sunday Times deliver or not!? if not refund my money and I won't need to put in another complaint.(I already put one in before this)
