After purchasing from [URL Removed] winkel", my goods were delivered the very next day!!! In the "platteland". This does not happen often. When opening the box, the goods were well packed with instructions what to do if you want to return anything. When the shoe sizes was wrong, they contacted me the day after my complaint and assured me that they will see to it that they find another pair for me. They once again contacted me to let me know that they do have a pair available, emailed me the form that I must fill in and said they will send a courier to come pick it up. The courier haven't arrived yet, but according to the email, it will take 10 working days, which assures me that they will. I have shopped online many times, but this is the best service so far.
