Since 29 April 2013 I have been in regular contact with the subscription hotline on 0861525200 informing them of non delivery of The Times. I keep getting informed that the days paper will be delivered and from the next day the delivery will resume. I called on Friday 24 May 2013 and was informed that I will receive the paper delivered and my complaint has been escalated to management. I did not receive the paper on Friday and no paper was delivered this morning. This is pathetic service and I do not even receive a call asking me if I received the paper even though there have been calls to them almost on a daily basis.
