Good afternoon

On the 9/9/20/13 I received an email from Varshal Kalicharan stating that he/she will be handling my account from now on and other details in the email (parts I will be sent, outstanding, etc.). I replied on 17/9/2013 stating that I did receive the parts, parts that are still outstanding as well as the queries I have. I then forwarded the same email to the service department of jacklin enterprises on 24/9/2013.
Today is 29/9/2013 and still there is no feedback at all. How many times will this happen??? My problems don't get sorted out properly. All that the company do is issue a "standard sincere apology". I have had many many problems with this company where they promise to sort it out and it goes well for a few deliveries that I do receive and then it's back to square one to struggle to get anything out of them.

I would like them to just do their job. That's all I'm asking from them.
