Sunday Times Debts For Canceled Subscription

I have cancelled my subscription to the newspaper due to the lack of consistency in delivery. I have called the cancellation department twice already and nothing has happened since then. Please stop delivering the newspaper and debiting my account.

Also please refund this last debit because I called and gave you a months notice already.
