Most of the time I come to Hellopeter it is because of one company: Jacklin Enterprises. I think they should stop operating online and go back to telephone and snailmail way of doing. Why? Becaue either they have no-one working at their email customer service centre, or the people working there have no idea how a computer works. I have had numerous issues in the past with my subscriptions, and since email is convenient, I've sent emails. However, EACH AND EVERY TIME they fail to respond. Sometimes months go by without any response. The same happened this time. I currently have two subscriptions running, but also had a question about a past subscription. So I sent an email nicely divided into sections for each subscription. I was naive to believe they improved service, but no... One issue I have is with payment and by the looks of things, Jacklin likes reporting people who "do not pay". Maybe I should wait till this happens, because that would seem to be the only way to get a response from them. Jacklin is a useless company and it shames me to think this is the local supplier for international subscriptions. I think it is time I take my complaints to the individual companies.
