I cancelled the account yet they continue to debit

Following email as well as telecoms with staff at Jacklin Enterprises to close my account and informing them that I did not receive the welcome pack i was billed for, I continue being billed by means of a debit order and the staff want to do a back and forth email rather than pick up a telephone and rectify the matter.
