My complaint is like most others for Trudon. A few months ago I received a call to find out if I would like to make use of their service and have my business number listed in the yellow pages. Due to bad service and wrong contact information that was published by them in the past I immediately declined. A month later I received an invoice for the mobisite service which I have subscribed to according to them. I replied that I did not agree to such a service and requested that they cancel it immediately, but got no response. I called an laid a complaint but received another bill the month there after and have just received another for this month. Another of their call centre agents called me last week to find out if I'm interested in the white pages and I told him that I have this problem with them already and he assured me that he would sort it out, which he obviously did'nt do. I am now dreading that I am now going to be billed for yet another service which I did'nt agree to just because I answered my phone. The amount of time I have wasted on trying to get this resolved is redicilous.
