Please note i have phoned this company on numerous occasion and have had no response. As with the other complainants i have been billed from April 2013 for the amount of R 427 a month excl vat. for a so called contract where nothing was signed and agreed upon. I spoke to Moya on 3 different occasions, 29/5/13, 11/6/13 and 10/7/13 respectively, ref no 16169392. A recording was played on the 1st call which i disputed and played AGAIN on my 3rd call, which i disputed again and Moya agreed that there was no contract agreed upon. Paperwork was going to be sent to his supervisors and he was going to give me feedback, nothing till today.on the 3rd call i requested this so called 'contract' to be cancelled and amounts charged since April 2013 to be reversed. It is becoming really frustrating as there seems to be no higher authority that will take resposibility for the numerous complaints against this company. We run a small business and when we get complaints customers are phoned immediately. As for your response Roshni Manga it does not help your customers when nobody response to our valid complaints. This matter will be taken up legally if nothing is done about this.
