Paid for product - still not delivered in 3 years

I purchased the as part of the Marvel figurine collection the Juggernaut figurine (along with some others) from Jacklin services in 2009. I received all the figurines with the exception of the Juggernaut one. I was told that the figurine was out of stock and they would send it to me when it became available (this was the last email I got from a "Franco Valioti" - customer care consultant - 22 October 2009 - Subject: 7P 002564). I still have not gotten this figurine - even though I paid for it.

I actually want to order more from the DC & Marvel collection as well but every time I email these guys they either don't respond or take weeks to. I am terrified to give them more money in case they just don't deliver for another 3 years.
