I have noticed that Matla is being billed a total of R617.00 without my authorization; as I am the Director and the only person whom can authorize such an enquiry.
We called your enquires number 011 677 6000 and your support service played a voice recording, however this recording was of our receptionist, and further during the recorded conversation the receptionist stated that she is not authorized to approve such a request from Trudon. Further the receptionist requested that the request be emailed, which she did not receive on 9th April 2013. I want the incorrect billing to be refunded and stopped immediately. I am aware of the CPA (Consumer Protection Act) and have consulted with my lawyers in this regard. We have made it clear to Trudon for many years now that we DO NOT require any such service. However Trudon keeps on calling us and billing us. We find such conduct to be highly unacceptable and unprofessional. Telkom has been informed that we are not satisfied with this methodology of how Trudon is conducting business.
