Good day,

I bought my car in May 2011 (Date on Copy of papers 03 May 2011) on the conditions of 4 years or 100 000 km service plan (whichever comes first). Through Bluelakesa now after 2 YEARS and 75 000 km. Tata Vereeniging refuses to service my car they said my service plan expired in March 2013 (THIS YEAR). They can't help me to find out what's going on I must speak to the company I bought the car from.

I phoned them yesterday and today the lady spoken to were laughing the whole phone conversation we had, she were unprofessional and had a bad attitude as well. She can't put me through to any one the manager is of sick the person other neath him's phone is not working and the e mails come back... Permanent Failure, Email address does not exist...

Can you maybe help me with the next step to take?
