Two Tata service incidents in three months

I purchased a new 2011 Tata Indica Vista on April 5th 2011 with a 5 year service plan (extended from the normal 3 year) with a 3 year warranty. I know it was this as I have written it many times on insurance forms. In July I spent 11 days without my Car after taking it in for Milestone, scheduled repairs, under warranty. Staff were combative and witheld my car on false claims that the warranty had lapsed, after I proved that it had not indeed lapsed, they grudgingly did the repair and gave it back. One of the service guys told me that they sometimes sell year old demo cars as the following years' new stock, and that this is what happend to me. Today I took the car in for it's 100k service and have been told that I will be charged for the repair as my service plan expired at 75k. I looked at all my paperwork AGAIN and it doesn't actually say anything about the service plan, though I have written it on insurance forms and I know the have it on their computers. Tata refuses to print out out a copy of my car details saying it is "illegal" to do so.
