I bought my car in 2008 and in January 2009 I was called and sold a service plan that would cover me for the 105000km and 120000km service. On the eve of taking my car for the 105000km service I called and spoke to Zinhle G who told me that the plan expired. I then enquired she told me that the standard dealer"s plan was valid for 5years and it so seemed that the plan they sold me ran concurrently with the dealer's plan. when I asked if its not broad day light. She insisted that I send an email which I did and have never been lucky to get any response from anyone. I was told to write a complaint on their site which I did in May 2013 once again I was never contacted. my question is why was I sold a service plan that ran concurrently with the dealer's plan. Why was I sold this plan so ealry. how could you have sold me a plan for 48 months which expired way before the deqaler's plan expired.
