Credit protection plan

I hev had a direct Axis personal loan for over five years. I took a loan and was given an option for a credit protect plan which I took. In 2011 I fell sick and was diagnosed with a permanent disability and had to leave work in June of 2012. I lost car during the time of my illness and hed to take up another loan and knowing direct axis to be loan friend I went to them again they increased my loan however advised that they will not give me 2 loans but will close the 1st one and give me the difference cash. That happend. I now hev not been working since June 2012 and when my pension fund was finished in 2013 Jan I called to advise them and they said I hev a protection plan I submitted all document only to be declined because when I took up my 2nd loan dirext axis cancelled my plan took up a dif one. And my diagnoses was 2 months before this and UIA states I had a pre existing condition. Meaning that since June 2011 I hev been paying a plan for nothing. They can't help when I need them to and now direct exis collections has the nerve to tell me they will take me to legal. Why was my protection plan not updated with the new loan amount to enable them amend my premium to cover the new
