Bought my car end 2011. First the address was wrong for the registration. After a huge fight finally got the correct registration papers. Was told to make my own number plates. Was promised by Frik service plan was included, now 2013 I found out no service plan. Complained to Manager, Ash.. Took my car back 1week later still no service plan. Spoke to Huge Watson who said he WILL NOT give me a service plan. Bad attitude on the telephone. MR WATSON AND ASH - YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY BAD, I CAN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICE, CAUSE THERE WERE NO SERVICE!! Will make sure I spread the word that no one EVER buys from Hyundai again.
