Paid for a quarter page advert in the Centurion Rekord, only to find it published in the rear end of the paper, when it was promised to in be in the first 15 pages. Simply put, that is misrepresentation. Give your customer honest information and earn an honest income - don't mislead customers just to get the advertising income. Completely wasted money as far as I am concerned.
