Advert published not according to specifications

A fews years ago I requested an advert to be placed in the chatsworth rising sun, the agent visited me at my home which was also the place of service. A very clear instrucution was given to print the advert on page 3 in the middle of the page and a layout was provided. On receipt of the paper I began to serch for my advert which was not published, I received a call from the same agent advising that the advert was now place right at the top of page 10 as this was the only space available and and incorrect logo was used as she assumed that it would be fine. I expressed my dissatisfaction with her on the phone and was never contacted by her again, in 2011 I was summoned to appear in the pinetown court which I did, I was confronted by the lawyer there and I explained to her why I haven't paif the R330 for the advert as it was not according to my specifications and resulting in no business obtained from this advert, she then advised me that she is not here to listen to my side of the story. I spend the entire day at the court. Now I have received a noification that a tracing agent is looking for me, I have never hidden and do not feel that it is justice for me to pay for this
