I requested our company information to be updated on the yellow pages website months back since the initial time we were featured on yellow pages. I have been communicating with Gurshwin Heinze who could not assist. I further communicated with customer care which they advised me to email my enquiry which i did on the 22/05/2013.
Until now nothing has been done. All i get just promises and promises. I am so fed up with this incompetant service, failing to do simple things just to update the info.
I spoke to a guy today whom i cannot recall his name, which he also demonstrated the incompetant service which they do best.
