I am very dissapointed with Woolworths. In the advertisement - November 2013 -The daily difference on their back page they advertised - african spices no 7 R149.95. I wanted to buy this as a gift and I went to to four different stores and could not find any stock. I went to Lemon tree, Alberton city, new red roof. centurion mall. I kept on getting the same message - they did not receive the stock. If they are small woolworths shops I understand but Centurion is a big woolworths. Why is woolworths advertising stock which they don't clearly have stock of. I am very upset as i had to buy something which I did not want. As a consumer I expect stock to be there
if you advertise it. I spend my time and money and in the end was told to go to eastgate shopping centre. Really after even going to the centurion mall??? It costs money to ride around for a gift. Come on woolworths this is not how you treat customers.
