It's now the second month in succession that my account is been debited and this is a year post canceling my subscription with Avusa Media. On top of it all, I get told that my refund takes 21 days, smh! Firstly I get inconvenienced and secondly I must wait for my own money, this can't be right. Someone please assist me with an appropriate recourse for such, cause clearly I have no guarantee that it won't happen again.
