I took up subscription for sunday times newspaper to be delivered at home every wekend, when the paper wasn't delivered the first sunday i notified times media/avusa of the issue and they said they'll follow up with the delivery agent. the following sunday the paper still wasn't delivered so i called them again, this time to cancel the subscription. then my account was debited, 2 months in a row, despite calling to cancel the subscrition. on following up, i get story after story but no one tells me when exactly the money will be in account.
