It is very disgusting for such a big company like this to offer such a service.
I have initially requested that my subscription be cancelled as i was not receiving any paper ever since i have signed up with them up until today they are still debiting its more that 6 months now.am tired really of phoning stupid contact centre that is forever promising to investigate the matter and get back to me and it doesnt happen, i want all my money back and close the thing!!!
i have few subscriptions with other companies i have never expirienced such.
