I'm tired of calling Avusa Media for my refund which they had promised wouldn't take more than 21 days, it's now over two months. It's not a lot of money, but it's still mine. To have the audacity to debit my account for a none service then take your time to refund, is unethical. The matter is now escalated to the head office, for what reason? You can see u debited me and now I must wait for your procedures? Come on.
And Please Don't try calling me only because you see this on Hello Peter, just give me my money.
