I cancelled my subscription on the 14 January 2013 due to bad service - non delivery from SUNDAY TIMES 0 AVUSA. On 15 February 2013 AVUSA still debited my account and to top it all off they still send me a sms on Saturday 16 Feb 2013 to inform me that my subscription has been renewed. I am terribly disgusted with their service and Im not the only one complaining in the end of the day they just want to prolong your newspaper subscription to make up for their inconsistence for non delivery and poor customer service. I will never recommend anybody to subscribe to SUNDAY TIMES becauseof very bad service delivery.
