I requested Liberty to cancel my Funeral policy number 1157976530, which was suppose to start to deduct in November however Liberty started to deduct in October then after realising that i said to them they must just cancel the whole policy of which they did but the stop order deducted for October 2013. I was told that it will take 3 months for them to stop this deduction i indicated that this will affect me because of the changes on my pay slip. I talked to Sipho who said stop order a done upfront thats why they started to deduct in October of which i disagree as i was not told of this upfront thing even when Peter phoned me i clearly told him that i want this policy to start in November 2013. I would like to be assisted so that liberty stop this deduction emmediatley i dont want changed in my pay slip as it will affect what i want to do. My concern is that if it will take them 3 months to cancel this will they pay interest because this deduction according to me was suppose to start in November i communicated this to Peter and their sales person whom i have also send her SMS which she responded to say it will start in November. Liberty cancel the deduction urgently
