The agent told me it was a deduction for a debit order which I authorized and referred me to the telephone banking department. Here I was told that the deduction was for an insurance policy and told me who the company was and I was told that I need to contact Gryphon insurance and enquire why they deducted. Horrified that my banking institution definitely did not believe me I tried to phone the insurance company on saturday but to no avail.
