My son received a sms whereby he was informed that he may qualify for a loan. He is 20 years of age and rather naive. He replied and he was called back by an agent. They force this down your throat and you never hear from any one ever again. My son has just been informed that his girlfriend is pregnant... He needs his money back. There are so many complaints against loan finder. He was greatly surprised when i informed him about the R350 deduction. This is daylight... Why force something that someone doesnt want?? This is false advertising, sending people random sms'es informing them that they qualify for a loan up to R100 000.00, there's many people out there who falls for this... Alot of people with rather leave the deduction and loose the R350.00 How many people out there doesn't bother to enquire about this deduction. This is not fair and unlawful against the new Credit Act... You cant send sms'es and promote loans to people without their permission. You have the reference number so please refund his R350
