I've had the worst customer experience ever!
This issue has been dragging since March 2013 when I purchased a laptop via Elite mobile from Vodacom. To make a long story short, because of Elite's bad service & misguided information I decided to cancel the contract and return the product but what a mission! After struggling for almost a month for someone to give me feedback re process to return the product, I ended up contacted Vodacom directly to assist.
Vodacom was great in getting the laptop collected & crediting me with the debits deducted. This month (July 2013), I realise that Elite has been deducting debits orders without me noticing & they have given a company, Techsured, authorisation to deduct insurance monthly! I logged a call to Elite and Techsured to find out who authorised these deductions and when I'll be reimbursed. The consultant at Techsured advises me that according to Elite although my contract has been cancelled, I never returned the product. Nonsense! To date, true to form, I haven't had any feedback from Elite themselves.
A friendly consideration to Vodacom to reconsider ur partnership with Elite mobile, they are tarnishing ur brand & reputation.
