Bad service from Markhams

I bought my phone from Markhams Eastgate about a year ago..Last month it started freezing and so I took it in to Markhams for repair, since it was under warranty. I was told that my phone could take about 3 to 4 weeks to get fixed..After 3 weeks of waiting I got a call from Cell C to confirm whether it should be fixed or not. It has been another 3 weeks now waiting and in all this time Markhams has not communicated anything about my phone. I had to go to them personally to find out what was happening with my phone. While I was there I was told I have to pay R585 to get my phone fixed. They said they would contact Cell C to confirm my payment then they would call me after. But again they failed to do so. I am not happy about the fact that I bought my phone at Markhams and they do nothing to find out what's happening with it.
