MARKHAMS MIDRAND HAS SURELY DISSAPPOINTED ME, THE FIRST TIME I TRIED TO GET AN ACCOUNT UPGRADE I HEARD A COUGH AND WHEN I COUGHED THE MANAGER THERE PASSED A COMMENT IN TSWANA/PEDI BECAUSE SHE HAD SEEN MY PASSPORT AND ASSUMED SINCE I WAS A FOREIGNER I WAS NOT ABLE TO HEAR, THIS SEEMED TO SHOCK HER ASSISTANT WHO SEEMED BUFFLED BY HER COMMENTS, AT THAT TIME THE MANAGER WAS LIGHT SKINNED LADY, SHE SEEMED RUDE TO OTHER COSTUMERS AS WELL, I LET THAT PASS, NOW I HAVE TRIED TO GET A UPGRADE ON MY ACCOUNT TO INCREASE MY LIMIT AND TWICE I HAVE GONE THERE AFTER THEY LOST MY FORM TWICE FOR ME TO RE-COMPLETE, I FIND THIS SERVICE APPALLING WHEN COMPARING TO EDGARS STAFF WHO SEEM WELL TRAINED, EVEN WHEN YOU PHONE THE MARKHAMS CALL CENTRE THEY SEEM TO BE CLUELESS ABOUT THE SERVICE BEING OFFERED BY MARKHAMS, AS I COMPLAIN MY APPLICATION STILL HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED, I THINK EITHER THEY CHANGE AND EDUCATE THEIR STAFFF OR SOME SHOPS WILL CLOSE AS SANDTON MARKHAMS STAFF SEEM WELL TRAINED AND EAGER TO ASSIST
