I have been unlawfully billed by Fonesure, which is administered by Techsured. I have never received a policy from Fonesure nor have I ever authorised any debit orders against my account. My son wrote to Techsured in an attempt to cancel my so-called policy and to request a FULL REFUND of ALL PREMIUMS paid to date, but no-one has replied to his e-mail. I am 74 years old and cannot afford to be robbed of my pension. Please contact me Techsured and/or Fonesure. I want an explanation and a refund IMMEDIATELY!
