Poor service, misleading adds

Vodacom is not worried about customers in Witbank. The network is very slow for 3G data that is sold, phone resection is poor and sometimes non existent. At the beginning of the year 2013 it was at its worst. I complained and was told that they were upgrading the network. After some months things seemed to have improved, yet the improvement is hardly what I am paying for or what Vodacom advertises. In December Vodacom advertised the give a gift promotion. I sent my wife a gift at the cost of R0.50 to me, she then spent R0.50 to redeem the 60CV min which according to the sms she received was only valid at a specific time. After waiting the whole day she made the first call at the correct time. she was charged. Vodacom says we should have read the T&C's on their web page. As this promotion is Vodacom to Vodacom only. The sms sent reads: "U have 60VC min from 18:00-18:59 to use on 31 Dec. U've been entered into Vodacom Millionaires. To gift sms a cell no to 1234. R0.50/SMS. T&Cs [URL Removed] I feel this is deliberately misleading. After another year with Vodacom I am convinced that Vodacome dose not care for customers, & continues to mislead the public about their services.
