I booked in my phone on the 30/05/2022 for repairs/broken screen they've been
telling me stories about a new system and old system, and some documents they need to look for before they can process my claim. They lost my documents because they can't find them. I told them that is not my problem. The insurance told me that there is no claim in their system for 2022.
I emailed on 1 July the Manager Kirsten Pillay about my experience at the store the Manager did not response. Everytime I call they won't say anything other than that I need to wait, theres no time frame whatsoever, it's been a month already I can't wait any longer. The staff in that shop is so UNTRAINED/UNPROFESSIONAL, Lulu ended up ignoring my calls and Daniel the other day dropped the call mid conversation, On the 1 july he put me on hold until the phone cut. I would be happy if you intervene. I'm so disappointed.
