Adding authorized services to accounts

I Aug 2021 one of my contracts has run his term, I started getting calls from Vodacom to upgrade on witch I respond cancel the Contrack. The calls and e~mail keep coming The frighten thing is on every call I answered there is a services add to one off my other contracts
I'm now again in same situation a Contrack is expired (calls; e~mail; response cancel; authorized services to accounts) Then I'm not talking about mis advertising. The e~mal I received regarding expiring got wording in like if you don't want to continue with the services don't respond to the e~mail. If you phone in the representative tell you if you don't request a cancellation from [email protected] it is not cancel. If you then request a cancellation you receive a SMS confirming the request and notify you that the Contrack is not cancel till you receive a SMS confirming cancellation Needless to say that SMS never happend
