I've called Mtn office today about 13.30, spoke to Fredah Nktwent to request cancellation of 1 of my contracts that's due to expire, she asked for my id no which i gave her but due to me not having my cell no, which i wish to cancel, i was told to find my account/ cell no and call back, by either checking my mail or email, which i receive, other than that she cannot help me, yet she works for Mtn, and all my 10 contracts nos should be on their system.
it's very sad that mtn offers this kind of services
