I am so upset with Vodacom Legal. I settled my account in full in August 2020 which was handed to TS Legal Services. I have contacted them numerous times and they stated that Vodacom has to remove the listing.
It is over a year and numerous requests being made to Vodacom and nothing. This is the second time that I have been declined by other institutions due to Vodacom.
i tried with transunion, nothing still even today
can someone please assist me
