RMCS
Prepaid converted to RMCS contract without my consent

I lost my phone and I called vodacom to do a sim swap only for them to tell me that I have a contract with RMCS which I've never heard of it before and I never signed or asked a contract with them, I called them several time to cancel they told me that it is cancelled but they never cancel the contract. I'm so angry and frustrated with this whole matter, I'm unable to do a sim swap because of that, I need assistance ASAP.
