Very poor service. Consultants not trained to work with customers and MTN systems. Can't give right advise, and not willing to give proper service. Stopped my contacts at MTN, will never take contracts from MTN because of their not user friendly 135 customers service line not being able to speak to consultants (MTN champion) them going to store to not being helped as well. MTN take money from account and not being able to talk to agent to stop the deduction. Spoke to personal in Woodland store with no luck, and blaming customers for MTN stealing money from account when MTN is sending lots of advertisement Sms's to hide relevant sms. Visited store two times and still had too resolve the situation myself after manager told me to F**** out of store.
