I cancelled two contracts in December of 2012 for data and Blackberry services with MTN. The store submitted the documentation to MTN Head Office since they cannot do it in store. I have called MTN several times to resolve. I have been to the MTN Northgate Service Center to go in store to try to see if it can be done only to be told by a service consultant that she cannot help me in store as they are on different systems. I escalated it electronically to MTN Head Office. I have been to the store in Clearwater who made it clear that they are not responsible for what happens when forms get lost at Head Office which often do. I have gone to Head Office and was offered to get this resolved and the debits should stop. Almost a year later I am still paying for those contracts. This despite that they claim to record you when you call in, have CCTV cameras in store to verify whether you really sat with their consultants. They have no regard for their clientele and behave like as one person more than the other and the client ends up having to run around trying to get answers.
I used to be a fan, have referred many corporate clientele but I am left utterly disgusted.
