Very dissapointing service!! We bought abtablet from them in December 2019. It was only used for reading. One day the screen was just black, you could hear the tablet working but no screen. We went back to the Tygervalley branch booked the tablet in as it was still under warranty. A week after I phoned and it was still not send off. After that every week I've been phoning and every time the person I need to speak to is either on lunch or on leave. In the beginning of December we went to the shop for the 4th time. The guy then showed us an email of the people showing that the tablet was damage. It was not damage at all. On the booked in invoice the wrote no damage. So they decide to repair it on their cost. Yesterday we went again to follow up the guy told us they cannot get hold of Vodacom who is doing the repairs. Really!!! No service, not even the managers of the shop is doing anything. I am really dissapointed! Surely they should exchange the tablet with a new one as it was still new.
I also bought a laptob bag yesterday and stood in the que for 20 minutes with no one helping everyone on leave but the floor is full op staff and the manager stood there doing nothing but ignoring me because of the tablet.
