FRAUD CASE

My phone wa hacked and a sim swop was done and I was left with an inactive number for a day. I went to MTN to report they then reversed the sim swop. The culprits had already bought airtime for R300 using my bank card and borrowed R240 airtime from MTN. I noted this after my number was active again. I called MTN to reverse the amount owed on the number since it was a fraud case. I called man and I was given a number after number to call and report the matter at no win. Sometimes I would get someone who will say I must hold for a team leader and I would hold for hours and the team leader wouldn't take the phone. Sometimes I will leave my contacts for the team leader to call but he wouldn't call back. Till today I have that amount owed. The last straw was when I went to MTN and one of their employees said I must just pay this money owed because if I don't MTN will just cancel my number. I feel I should't be paying the money that was taken by the fraudsters and MTN is supposed to have an insurance for such.
